Otylia Jędrzejczak

Olympic Champion, two-time silver medalist at the Olympic Games, and a multiple medalist at the European and World Championships. Graduate of the Academy of Physical Education, Kozminski University in PR in Practice, and the International Olympic University in Sochi – MSA (Master of Sport Administration).
Since 2015, President of the Otylia Jędrzejczak Foundation, which has involved over 200,000 participants in its projects. These projects aim to promote a healthy and active lifestyle and to improve mental and physical health through sports. The foundation’s motto is “Become a Champion of Life.” As the Chair of the Polish Women’s Sports Association, she actively works to promote and develop women’s sports in the country and to engage women in sports activities.
Since 2021, she has been the President of the Polish Swimming Association and, since 2023, the Vice President of the Polish Olympic Committee. She is also a member of the Board of the European and World Swimming Federations. Her life mottos are “There are no impossible things, only those to which I do not apply myself enough” and “Failure is a stop on the way to success.”

Tomasz Pąchalski

Master Class Swimming Coach, Sports Manager, currently working as the Head of Sports at the Water Park and Sports Hall in Tarnowskie Góry. He is the Coordinator of the local Swimming Academy and the MKS Park Wodny Tarnowskie Góry club.He is a member of the Presidium of the Board of the Polish Swimming Federation, responsible for open water swimming. He is also a member of the Board of the Silesian District Swimming Association. He has trained many medalists and record holders in swimming, open water swimming, and ice swimming.
He was the Coordinator of the National Senior and Junior Open Water Swimming Teams from 2013-2016. He was the Sports Director for five editions of the BCT Gdynia Marathon (2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015). A former swimmer and six-time Polish Champion, he graduated from the Academy of Physical Education in Katowice.
He is also an organizer and initiator of numerous national and international sports events.

 

Piotr Woźnicki

Master Class Swimming Coach.
Since 1998, he has worked at the UKP Unia Oświęcim swimming club and the School of Sports Championship in Oświęcim.
From 2000 to 2004, he coached Paweł Korzeniowski, whom he led in the Polish national team until 2007, bringing him to the World Championship title in the 200-meter butterfly in Montreal in 2005.
From 2004 to 2008, he was the assistant coach of the National Senior Team. He was the coach of the Olympic swimming team at the 2004 Athens and 2008 Beijing Olympics. From 2013 to 2021, he was the head coach of the National Junior Swimming Team. He coached the Polish junior team at the European and World Junior Championships from 2013 to 2021.
From 2001 to 2021, athletes from the School of Sports Championship in Oświęcim won several medals at the European Junior Swimming Championships. Among his most outstanding athletes are Paweł Korzeniowski, Sławomir Wolniak, Iwona Prędecka, Maciej Hreniak, Katarzyna Górniak, and Dominika Kossakowska.
Since January 2022, he has been the Training Manager of the Polish Swimming Federation.

Andrzej Skorykow

Athlete, coach, and podcaster. Multiple Polish Junior Champion and Record Holder in backstroke and butterfly. European Vice-Champion in butterfly in the +40 category. European record holder in the 4×100 freestyle relay. Organizer of the largest Open Water competitions in Poland. Founder of the Warsaw Master Team – the largest Masters swimming club in Poland.
